7. Regular data sources

Customers’ self-reported information in the beginning of the relationship, exhibitions, conferences and customer visits, internet or other public sources and online form. On our website we use cookies to analyze how visitors use and browse the site, how they view products, how they respond to advertising and offers presented on the website.

The registry consists of digital files, customer relations management (CRM) system, visiting cards and Excel-lists 

8. When and how we share information with others
   
   Your personal information will not be forwarded, published or otherwise made available to third parties for marketing purposes without your prior approval.

We will distribute customer information to Talenom Ltd for accounting purposes and to Lime Technologies Finland Oy, whose cloud server has our CRM system.

These companies are committed to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation.

The data is not transferred outside the European Union.

10. Data storage and retention

Data is kept technically secure on a secure server site. Firewall technology prevents external attacks and access to registry information. Physical access to the server base where digital and manually kept data is located is blocked by access control as well.
